The Austin Company
Internal foundation works inside a completed warehouse unit: breaking out the existing floor slab on a set-out grid, excavating and casting reinforced pads and holding-down bases for racking and new steel, service trenches and box-outs, then reinstating the slab to the original power-floated finish all worked inside a watertight, fitted-out building with the floor protected.

Groundworks package inside an operating food production facility: slab works, below-ground drainage alterations and external works, phased around production so the line kept running.

Full substructure package for a new life science building: piled foundations with reinforced ground beams on an insulated raft system, below-ground drainage and a lined attenuation basin, composite metal-deck floor reinforcement and pours, brick plinths and external works — delivered inside the biosecurity controls of a live research institute.
GSK campus · 2025
External lighting upgrade on a live GSK campus: excavation of cable routes through verges and alongside live roads, ducting and draw pits installed, column bases set, then full backfill and reinstatement with hand-dug trial holes and permits to prove existing services before any machine work.
Harwell Campus, Didcot, Oxfordshire · 2025
Reinforced concrete substructure for the R69/R132 buildings: ground beams, slabs, RC walls and a hollowcore deck, sequenced around the steel programme on a live research campus.
Substructure package for a new security lodge on a live GSK campus: reduced-level dig, foundations, below-ground drainage and external works, phased around 24-hour site access and campus security control.
